SheetSweep Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
SheetSweep is operated by SheetSweep.
1. What SheetSweep does
The Merge tool combines supported spreadsheet files in your browser, aligning matching headers and adding blanks where a source file lacks a column.
2. Your data stays in your browser
Merging happens locally in your browser tab. Your files are not uploaded to our servers. We do not see, store, or sell their contents.
3. Your data belongs to you
You own the data you upload and the merged output you download. SheetSweep claims no ownership over either.
4. Review your results
Automated merging is a best-effort process. Review the output before using it for any business, legal, financial, or operational purpose, and keep your original files.
5. No warranties
SheetSweep is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetSweep and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
6. Acceptable use and governing law
Do not use SheetSweep unlawfully or to process data you have no right to process. These terms are governed by Oregon law.
7. Termination for cause
SheetSweep may suspend or terminate access to paid plans (including Lifetime) for cause — fraud, abuse, illegal use, or attempts to disrupt the service. Termination for cause does not entitle the user to a refund beyond the 7-day money-back window.
