SheetSweep Terms of Service

SheetSweep is operated by SheetSweep.
1. What Compare does
The Compare tool checks two supported spreadsheets, matches rows by the column you choose, and reports added, removed, and changed values.
2. Your data stays in your browser
Comparison happens locally in your browser tab. Your files are not uploaded to our servers. We do not see, store, or sell their contents.
3. Your data belongs to you
You own the files you compare and the results shown. SheetSweep claims no ownership over either.
4. Review the results
Automated comparison is a best-effort aid, not a guarantee that every meaningful difference was found. Review both source files before relying on the results for business, legal, financial, or operational purposes.
5. No warranties
SheetSweep is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetSweep and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
6. Acceptable use and governing law
Do not use SheetSweep unlawfully or to process data you have no right to process. These terms are governed by Oregon law.
7. Termination for cause
SheetSweep may suspend or terminate access to paid plans (including Lifetime) for cause — fraud, abuse, illegal use, or attempts to disrupt the service. Termination for cause does not entitle the user to a refund beyond the 7-day money-back window.

9. Paid plans, billing, and refunds
Pro is $29/month, billed monthly. Your subscription auto-renews each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Pricing → Manage subscription — you'll keep Pro until the end of your current billing period. Founder ($99) and Lifetime ($500) are one-time payments, no renewal. 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked.
